⌂ > B-52 Berliner Weisse

Brewed in the traditional german style, this beer has been kettle soured to deliver a light puckering tartness to it's easy drinking wheat malt bill.  Pours light golden straw color with a quickly dissippating head.  Aromas of slight clove and green apple skin.  The beer has a slight sour cherry tartness followed by wheat beer notes of clove and coriander.  A bit of minerality on the finish.  Look for barrel aged fruit versions soon.
