Description: | The pale ale is brewed with pale, caramel and carapils malts. It is liberally hopped and dry hopped with Cascade hops. After the cold aging, the beer is transferred into the rye whiskey barrels. it is then aged for another 8 weeks to absorb all of the flavors from the barrels. The result is a pale ale wonderfully unlike any other you have tried before. This beer pours a deep orange, has a silky smooth mouth feel and a lingering alcohol warmth through the finish. 10% ABV | |
