This brew pours an incredibly, pale, opaque yellow with a fluffy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma effuses notes of sweet, creamy honey and citrus zest which are mirrored in the flavor along with added notes of mild banana from the yeast and peppery spice. The citrus zest takes over the finish, complimented by the high effervescence of this beer and the floral nature of the added coriander making for a slightly creamy and honeyed but very crisp, fragrant finish. 4.5% ABV
