Description: | Bright-amber colored with a slight, off-white head, this Goliath of an IPA is quite literally the liquid solution to a trademark dispute between the two collaborating brewers. Sweet caramel and honey aromas hint at a rich malt backbone, while pungent floral and evergreen aromas guarantee a brew with IBUs to spare. This holds true into the palate which has a flavor profile of honey, juniper, and citrus rind. The balance of malt and hop characteristics is remarkable with neither dominating, and it's medium-body is surprisingly light for a beer of 11.5% abv. | |
