| Description: | This brew pours beautiful golden color. It is slightly hazy as expected from a wheat beer. The tart of the tamarind instantly hits the nose. There isn't much hop presence, however, the fruity esters from the yeast are prominent. The tamarind brings out the tartness you would expect from a Berliner Weiss. mild citrus and orange, with the wheat leaving a nice aftertaste. There is light carbonation in the finish and the malt is balanced well with the hops. 7.3% ABV | |
