| Description: | This biere de garde is a light tangerine orange in color. There is a nice fluffy and cream head. The aroma is of subtle honey with a mild sense of floral. Tasting this brew arrives with some real surprises. There is a great creamy texture with a good amount of caramel. The caramel is has a soft sweetness but stays away from toffee and bounce with Belgian candied sugar on the palate. Fruited honey bread and a spice loaf note on the finish. Herbal qualities seem to get more aromatic on the finish, and a big dry brown bread crust to match. 8.3%abv | |
