| Description: | Pours a rich almost opaque brown with ruby undertones. The nose of this brew bears the expected chocolate and strong alcohol, but also has a distinct apricot and bourbon aroma, making it a bit of a mind game.... and then you take the first sip.... bright apricot acidity, rich, palpable chocolate, bourbon, boozy warmth and while it is definitely a palate smash, it isn't overwhelming. The finish brings about a lingering alcohol warmth and an almost jammy, apricot presence. Absolutely delicious and not for the faint of heart. ABV 11.6% | |
